Folk Dancing is one of Yeovil U3A's longest running activities. Members learn Playford style dances (mainly) and although some can be energetic, you do not need to be particularly fit or agile to take part and enjoy dancing. Bridport International Folk Dance Club

This is a club suitable for all levels of experience, beginners welcome. No partners needed as dances are mainly done in lines and circles. All dances will initially be taught in detail and walked through on subsequent evenings. It is the aim of the club to learn a wide variety of Balkan dances and dances from all over the world.
The club runs to 17th May 2012, then takes a break until September

We meet in Ditcheat Jubilee Hall (opposite the church)on the second and fourth Fridays of each month.
Doors open 7pm, first dance 7.30 sharp! 9.30 finish.
